AL”ARD-Couscous From Palestine

​Al’Ard Maftoul (Palestinian Couscous) 700g is an authentic, hand-crafted staple from the plains of Palestine. Made by a women’s cooperative near Hebron, this traditional couscous is prepared by combining bulgur wheat, flour, and water to form small balls, which are then steamed and dried. This labor-intensive process results in a hearty, nutty-flavored grain, perfect for vegetarian and vegan diets. Maftoul can be enjoyed as a side dish, in salads, or as a base for stews and tagines.
