Kontos – Fillo Pastry Sheet 16oz

Kontos Fillo No. 4 Pastry Sheets are tissue-thin and pliable, ideal for creating delicate pastries and bite-sized hors d’oeuvres. Each 16 oz package contains approximately 18 to 22 sheets, measuring 14″ x 18″, that bake to a soft, silky texture with a light golden color. These sheets are made with enriched wheat flour, water, and cornstarch, and are both Kosher and Halal certified.
